** SKOTOS TECH **
http://www.skotos.net
Skotos Tech is an online game company committed to creating a new community of
role-playing storytellers and players. We build tools that allow storytellers to
concentrate on the plot, character, style, and detail of the worlds they build.
We provide an environment that allows players to explore these worlds, share
their accomplishments, and possibly become storytellers themselves.
Skotos Tech games are more then just text-based adventure games or MUDs -- our
graphical clients offer storytellers the ability to create more complex games
without losing the advantages of a text-dominant medium. Storytellers can create
larger and more detailed worlds without losing consistency or integrity.
Storytellers can create games in any genre -- science fiction, romance, horror,
historical, or fantasy.
The Skotos Tech office is located in Berkeley, California. A full kitchen, a hot
tub, and a beautiful (though often foggy) view of the Golden Gate are some of
the amenities. Though Skotos Tech is a startup company, it offers an excellent
benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision
insurance, a fully-matched 401(k) program, and options on company stock.
